In strict compliance with the Consumer Rights Act, all primary corporate credentials, membership frameworks, and operational data paths are permanently maintained on our public digital domains to guarantee absolute marketplace transparency.
    • Operational Model: As a digital-first agency, operations are executed entirely via our secure network infrastructure. No public customer service desks or manual physical key drop-off counters are handled at our registered office address. All statutory paper notices must be served to our designated email registry.

  2. Client Money Security & Consumer Redress
    • Financial Indemnity: All rental collections, advanced balances, and landlord trust deposits processed by our firm are safely insulated inside a ring-fenced Client Trust Account managed via Calmony/Griffin Bank. Client funds are fully backed and indemnified by Client Money Protect (CMP) under scheme number CMP015277.
    • Property Redress Scheme: We are a registered member of the Property Redress Scheme (Membership No: PRS058608). If a formal client complaint is submitted to us in writing and remains completely unresolved after an eight-week window, the instructing consumer maintains an absolute legal right to escalate the file to the PRS ombudsman framework for an independent assessment.
